Name: |
Ovi (was Huckleberry Hughes) |
Description: |
~ 6 yrs old ~ temp fostered in Westminster, MD ~
Ovi was adopted as a puppy and now that his family has changed and his mom has to work long shifts, he found himself stuck in a crate for long periods of time. He was not destructive at all, but couldn't hold his pee for 8 or 9 hours. He needs a home where someone is home a little more often.
He was raised with a 10 yr old boy and a kitten in the house. He is not fond of other dogs, but could be better socialized with training. The owner said she thinks he would do best without any other pets in the house.

Success Story: |
Ovi is doing so well. We named him Ovi after the Washington Capitals hockey player, Ovechkin.
He is almost completely potty trained. He’s a little cuddle bug. He enjoys taking his daily long walks, playing with his kitten brother, and play dates with his “cousins”.
As far as Christmas decor, he’s very interested in the tree, but has not chewed anything yet! He even came to the Christmas tree farm with us to pick our tree!
He is a great addition to our family!
