A happy boy. Only just arrived. Stay tuned. We think he'd be better as an only dog. But he is very sweet and loving to his peeps.

Early observations are Kayler is good with people coming in -- plumbers and a DoorDash deliveryman who insisted on petting him all did fine.

He's good on a leash but reactive when he sees another dog. Very good in the potty-training dept. Not a single accident in the house. Good appetite. Not a picky eater. Fine with people of all sorts. Loves belly rubs.

Very, very, very dog-reactive; it's all kinds of dogs, as far as I can tell. Tries to mount them, the other dog lets him know it's not appreciated, and both become aggressive. Rinse, repeat.

He has this interesting move. If I'm about to lie down on the bed, he will jump up so he will be behind me, then when I lean back so he has to move, he moves aside and puts his snout right in my face or across my neck. It's both playful and weird. Taking control of the situation, maybe?

His temperament seems calm. Not a big tail wagger, but has his moments. Had a mini-zoomie in the backyard yesterday.
