Meet Scout. As in Good Boy Scout! He is gorgeous! He is approximately 2 years old, 25 lbs. Scout is a handsome little goof who first appears shy with strangers. He is quick to trust but his initial reaction tells us he hasn’t had a good experience with humans.

He loves other dogs and seems curious with the cats but he has been totally respectful of his foster cat siblings.

Scout is a typical active 2 year old. It’s endearing to watch him play, seeming him happy. He is a little chew happy but he is learning what he can chew and what he can’t. He loves his pick of toys LOL! He loves walks but again he is a little nervous with strangers. He is learning to be crate trained and potty trained.

Consider adopting this guy. What we love about him is he a super sweet. Not a mean bone in his body. He doesn’t seem to know what grouch means LOL.

We are completely in love with Scout, and couldn't be happier to be his forever family! He's adjusting amazingly well to life as a Hackett and has been a cuddle bug since day 1, even though it took him a few days to come out of his shell and warm up to everybody. We love seeing more and more of his adorable personality shining through every day and are looking forward to years and years of doggie kisses from our sweet Scout!!
