Joy arrived at the shelter as a stray, so very little is known about her. We do know she may have some arthritis issues—she stumbles a bit when she walks, but doesn’t let it slow her down. Joy is social, very treat motivated and friendly with other dogs--in fact, she was such a comfort to scared Kris, that we kept them kenneled together until Kris went to his foster home. Joy has just made it to her foster home and she and her foster mom will spend the holiday getting to know one another. We expect an update soon. In the meantime, Joy is busy unpacking her bags and settling in. We suspect that life has not been particularly kind to her and she'll become a great fan of central heating very quickly.
