This lovey hound mix only just arrived. He has heartworm disease so it may be a while before he's ready for a forever home. Here is what his foster mom had to say about him so far: He is so laid back and easy going. Sometimes when I am petting him, I start thinking he might be just tolerating it, you know. So I will move my hand and then he turns right back and his expression is like....no, no, keep loving me, I like to feel your hand . Keep rubbing, lol. She also stated that while he is low key, he has a lot of spunk left in him and he enjoys the company of people and dogs.
