Duke is not quite ready for prime time. He has a nasty case of heartworm and is not even halfway through treatment, so he's a few months shy of being ready for adoption. That said, he is sweet and submissive - and fearful, most likely from past abuse. He's in a good place, though. He's getting lots of love and nurturing from his foster family who are doing their best to help him overcome his fearfulness and get him physically healthy again. Stay tuned!
