George is very shy and wary of people. He wants to get close and be loved but is still very afraid. We are working on his house training but for now it's better to take him outside on a leash because he is afraid to come in when someone is near the door. We are teaching him what can and cannot be chewed (dog bones and toys are ok but power cords are not :) ) but this is still a work in progress. He would do well with someone who is patient and can help him gain trust as well as an outgoing fur sibling to help him blossom. He has an underbite worthy of a bulldog. It's adorable.

Success Story:   Walt has only been part of the fam since 8.30.19, but in two weeks he has really been doing great!
He has learned his new name and likes his new roommates, Reese and and our cat, Lola, and has shown equal interest in play with both of them.
He loves: blankets, taking walks, cuddling, being brushed, his new hedgehog toy. He was terrified of doors and I’m pleased to say he has made major strides in overcoming that.
He is a goofy lovebug and his distinctive underbite has already charmed many.
We just adore him!
