Boy did we ever luck out with our first fostering experience, Amelia truly is the perfect dog! She got along well with multiple dogs at her temporary foster home over the weekend and was so good in the car on the way home- no jumping around or motion sickness. When we got home, our dog barked at her non-stop for almost the first hour that she was here and she did not react . She sniffed the a cats a little bit and then left them alone. So far we have not had any accidents in the house or any chewing.

I had her around my 12 year old niece and nephew and she was great with them. I feel she would be fine with younger ones as well. She absolutely LOVES going for walks and does not pull on the leash. She does not seem interested in toys at all. She really just wants to be with people and be petted. She does the cutest hop when she is excited- might need to work on that because she does wind up accidentally scratching you.

One odd thing that she does when she is finished eating she backs away from the food bowl the entire length of the kitchen. I have never seen anything like it. She is one of the most laid-back dogs I have ever seen, not even afraid of the vacuum cleaner which is unheard of! She makes cute snorting noises and snores pretty loud. She will definitely want to be up on the sofa and sleep in the bed at her new home.
