Name:   April Warren

Description:   ~ 4 yrs old ~ 30 lbs ~ Fostered in Columbia, MD ~

April is a red and white beauty! She has the sweetest face and if Clairol comes out with her hair color, they'll make gazillions.

After being with her foster family for 10 days, here is what they had to report. April has a good grasp on potty training and seldom barks. She does not like being left in a crate. She is a very curious dog and shadows her foster mom throughout the house. April does not like being left alone in the dark. She loves her foster beagle brothers. She is a very sweet loving dog and will make a great pet for a forever home.

April was a mess when BRSM claimed her. Covered with sarcoptic mange (easily curable, but highly contagious), she needed to be treated and kept quarantined for many weeks while she recovered. As you can see, she's a stunner - and since most photos we've snapped have her nose high in the air, we think a bit aristocratic. She is now healthy and more than ready to get on with the rest of her life.

Success Story:   Our little girl, April, has turned around 360 degrees since we have had her. She is even more affectionate, she loves her walks more and now goes outside the back yard more than she has ever done. Now when I tell her to come downstairs with me she comes flying down which she didn’t do before. I am so glad she has made such a drastic change for the better. She is still a little skittish but not as bad as she was earlier. We both love this little girl and boy does she love our other beagle, Marvin. They act like they have been together forever. They both lay on top of each other sometimes which makes me laugh.

Take care and wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
