Max came to BRSM from the Prince Georges Animal Shelter where he was given up by his family who had purchased him from a breeder in Washington, DC. Max has been an outdoor dog much of his life so he is very happy to be in the house. Max is all Beagle (with a little Basset) and an overall low maintenance, happy go lucky dog. He fits in with our busy schedules, is playful with our small children and loves to engage with my older Beagle rescue and our cat. We haven't heard him bark yet and haven't had any messes in the house. I've fostered on and off and I can't think of a more friendly foster. He isn't skittish and bounces around the house giving licks to all the humans and animals he sees. I am really enjoying his company now.
