Parker is a scrappy little fellow. For the most part he is a very calm little guy, all of 14 pounds! He needs a little boost to get up on the couch, but he'll quietly wait for you to pick him up and join you for a snuggle. His first burst of energy was when he discovered toys. He ADORES his toys. At first he was confused by them, but now he won't go anywhere without one.
Parker was very timid and in a little bit of rough shape when he got to his foster, but food and care have turned this little guy into a happy and healthy fellow.
He also adores his foster sister and will follow her everywhere, but isn't overly aggressive or excited, so it doesn't bother her. He just wants to learn how to be a good beagle and she's teaching him the ropes.
He's still learning his house training manners, but it gets better everyday! He gets a little agitated by the feral cats running around, but other than that he's usually very quiet. Not exposed to house cats or children, so do not know his temperament around them yet.
