One of the children in Maggie's family developed an allergy so they had to find a new home for her.

Maggie Mae is a sweet, affectionate girl, who will, for sure, tell you when she wants you to pet her and give her attention. She’s as go-with-the-flow as you could hope for and doesn’t expect her breakfast in the wee hours of the morning. She prefers to sleep in. She enjoys the car and relaxes very quickly as soon as she jumps in. She’ll happily take a walk with you, but seems to prefer under 3 miles. She listens very well and comes when you call her inside. She is a hound, so will definitely need to stay leashed when outside. In a fenced-in area, she comes when you call her to come inside. She enjoys lounging in the sun more than obsessively sniffing. Her tail wags more than it doesn’t and she adjusts very quickly to new surroundings. She’s not a fan of high-pitched beeps or sounds.
