Name:   Walnut Granville
Description:   ~ 6 yrs? ~ 18 lb ~ fostered in Potomac, MD ~

Walnut is a sweet young Beagle boy that was found as a stray in an area named Walnut Grove and this is how he got his name. Sadly, nobody came to claim him, and this beautiful dog was at risk in an overcrowded shelter, so BRSM stepped in to save him. He was estimated 6 years old by shelter staff, but his looks and behaviors indicate that he is a lot younger. Walnut is a bundle of playful energy and has a lot to learn. Taking a puppy class with his owner would help him to become the best dog he could be.

Walnut is smart and wants to be a good dog, so we think someone with the time and patience for a younger dog would be the perfect adopter for him. He is a petite guy who will be great around even younger children and has been exposed to dogs and friendly cats without issues.
