Nyla came to Beagle Rescue very thin, but she is now eating well and has begun to gain weight. She is thought to be 2 and loves to play, chasing a ball or stick and playing with a squeaky stuffed animal. She appears to be done with the chewing everything in sight phase, walks nicely on a leash and is house trained. I haven't introduced her to any children, but she is so happy and playful and never nips my fingers when we play tug, and I believe she would love to play with kids. She does love cuddling and wants to be near someone, so a family who has someone home much of the time would be ideal.

Nyla has had all her vaccines and will be spayed soon, at which point she'll be ready to meet a new family and begin a stable, loving, playful life. You will smile when you meet and so will she!
