Marley is a cheerful, sociable fellow. His foster says he's a gentle soul and has not heard him growl even once since she got him, even if she takes a bone away from him mid-gnaw.

Despite abruptly losing the only home he's ever known, he's adjusting to his new situation quite well.

The beagle seems to have won out over the pug in the puggle mix. His snout is to the ground 90 percent of the time and, on occasion, he even lets out a beagle "baroo"!

Marley would be a great addition to a family looking for a playful dog that is gentle with children. .
