Victor was found wandering and injured in southern Maryland. In Dec, 2018, he had surgery on his leg and now he's running around like a champ, able to do stairs and long walks.

Victor is a sweet little boy who loves cuddles and just wants to be around his people. He loves other dogs. He will join in the barking fun when the other dogs are barking, even if can't figure out why. He has good house manners. He needs to lose a little weight. His first foster family felt so sorry for him because he was all skin and bones when he arrived. But now he's on a strict diet to help keep his boyish figure.
