Lola, a pretty hound mix comes to us from North Carolina, part of a hunter's pack who had outlived her usefulness. Did she not like to hunt? Was she part of an "accidental litter?" We have no idea. All we know is that she was dumped with her brother and sister at a southern kill shelter. Mercifully, we had a foster step forward to shelter all three.

Lola has absolutely blossomed in her foster home! She's quite smart, responding to voice commands like sit and lie down, even at the park! She walks on lead like a champ and knows the proper place to do her business. She is kid and dog friendly and her foster mom is working on her manners around the cat. Everyone who meets her falls in love with Miss Lola!
