Bernie is a Treeing Walker Coonhound who is approximately 6-7 years old with plenty of youthful pep. Bernie loves human interaction, other dogs, children and stuffed animals that can be buried or hidden and returned to later, and treats galore. She has lots of energy but will also settle down and nap the afternoon away. If Bernie is joining a home with an established alpha, Bernie will defer to that dog. Bernie has spent several weeks with a professional trainer (Isy's Ways) and is potty trained, walks well on a leash and knows commands.<[> Bernie has also been awarded free Daycare and Boarding for life at Healthy Hound Playground.
