Teddy's had a rough journey to Beagle Rescue. A stray, hit by a car in South Carolina, he had surgery to repair his femur, then FHO surgery because his hip was out of alignment. Now he's in Maryland and has to undergo physical therapy. To make matters worse, he's heartworm positive. So he won't be ready for a while.
