Poor Wally was emaciated and covered with ticks when a good Samaritan took him in and started his healing. He helped Wally on his journey but was unable to keep him.
Wally is skinny and would probably be best at about 35 lbs. He's so skinny that our vet wants to wait until he fattens up before neutering him. He also suffers from a bit of Bells Palsy. You can see that one side of his face is droopy, but it doesn't affect his spirit. Wally is a happy boy who knows his life just took a good turn. But we discovered that he has kidney disease, so he will be in a forever foster home.
